Ranked and Turbo are tracked separately by Valve — a player can have both. Every ~number is an estimate, never an exact figure: with a medal it's based on the player's public rank tier (most reliable); without one it's OpenDota's own internal rating or a guess from recent opponents (less reliable — Turbo has no official Valve rank at all, so it's always OpenDota's estimate there). "match history is private" = the medal/rating shown is real and public, only today's matches are hidden. Profile closed = no matches visible at all, so we don't show a number. Usually that's Expose Public Match Data being off in the player's Dota client — fix: Dota 2 → Settings → Social tab → turn it on. It can also just be that the stats service hasn't scanned that account yet, so give a fresh registration a few minutes — the board re-checks by itself.
